Shipping Costs
Delivery
Shipping is handled by DHL (Mon-Fri, 9:00-16:00), with orders processed within the next business day. Delivery times are 1-2 business days for Italy and 2-5 for international orders, with tracking provided via email.
In the event of a failed delivery, a second attempt can be scheduled. If the package is damaged, please accept it under reservation and contact customer@luomoeladonna.it.
Note: In the event of non-cooperation (incorrect address, absence), the package may be returned to Italy at the Customer's expense, including any import fees

Couriers do not provide service during Italian holidays.
